Career Pathway

We recognise the value each and every person brings in our success so it is important we all understand how we can grow our careers and develop within our roles here at Miller. Our Career Pathway is a role-based framework designed to do exactly that. 

The pathway offers a transparent roadmap across a range of careers, underpinned by objective criteria. It comprises four career bands, seven pathway levels and a set of competencies. Each band describe the different career routes available: Technical and Business Support, Professional, Management and Supervisory and Client Management.
