He has an extensive knowledge of the US market in particular, having spent six years at JH Blades in Texas working on behalf of retail broking intermediaries. He also previously spent four years at Agnew Higgins Pickering (subsequently - JLT).

Alastair will lead Miller’s North American upstream energy team. He will work closely with Alex Vincent and Miller’s wider team of energy colleagues in London which handles risks across the upstream, midstream & downstream energy sectors as well as on behalf of organisations specialising in power, utilities, construction and renewables.

Alastair will also work closely with John Eltham and Miller’s other North American specialists across its full breadth of specialist areas.
