Miller’s Pride Alliance was delighted to collaborate with Link to host a webinar last week to discuss the importance of visible LGBTQ+ role models.
Maurice Rose from Link moderated the conversation, with our own Suzanne MacLeod, Emma Miller-McCaffrey (Diversity Role Models) and Oscar Tang (Clyde & Co) sharing their own experiences and impact of having (and not having) LGBTQ+ role models throughout their lives and careers. We also discussed ways to increase the visibility of LGBTQ+ and ally role models both at home and in the work environment.
