With over 20 years’ industry experience, Alessia has gained knowledge in all the main products that are available in the Accident & Health market, from group travel policies to life placements, crisis management, keyman, catastrophic coverages and sport risks. Being fluent in Spanish, she mainly focuses on European and Latin American risks, however she also supports the team with the management of the Inter-Governmental and Non-Governmental Organisations portfolio, due to her extensive experience of working with UN agencies throughout her career. 

Starting her career in 2003, in Willis Limited, she transferred to Miller in 2015. In 2024, she re-joined Miller after a career break where she relocated to the UAE.

Before starting her career in the insurance industry, Alessia was a professional volleyball player for 10 years. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and playing padel tennis with friends and family.
