She is a collaborative leader and skilled change champion who has successfully lead a number of large broking firms such as JLT (now Marsh) and Specialist Risk Group, through transformational IT and operational efficiency programmes.

Outside of work Clare enjoys creative pastimes and is a keen Yoga practitioner.
