He began his career in 1996, working as a loss adjuster before transitioning to insurance, first with a multinational firm in Malaysia and subsequently with one of Singapore’s leading risk advisory, insurance and reinsurance brokers.

During his career, Edward has amassed experience leading claim management projects for claim amounts in excess of USD1 billion. This has included guiding clients’ teams in the process of claim preparation and submission, as well as negotiating claim quantums with international catastrophic loss adjusting experts.

In addition to his claims role, Edward supports business development activities as part of the client servicing teams.

Edward is a keen football fan and plays many sports in his free time. He also enjoys reading and loves to travel.
