She has experience placing business emanating from the US, on both a wholesale and reinsurance basis, and has quickly become a treaty reinsurance specialist. 

Ella holds a degree in risk management and started her career on the graduate scheme for another London broker. She speaks fluent Spanish and is a keen yoga practitioner.
