She started her career in 1997 as an external auditor before moving to a multinational insurance broker as her introduction to insurance in 2001. She rose to the role of Finance Manager and moved between various direct insurers in senior finance and financial controller roles, before joining a reinsurance broking company as CFO. 

Evelyn specialises in finance and related compliance aspects with regards to financial regulatory reporting and has had the opportunity to be involved in HR, administrative and IT roles throughout her career.
