Hannah works within Miller’s Accident and Health team and is responsible for negotiating and placing binding authority business and assisting our coverholder clients.
Her areas of specialty are kidnap and ransom, personal accident, life and disability business for groups and individuals, as well as bringing international business into London from regions including the USA and Europe, as well as the UK.
For the past eight years of her time at Miller, Hannah has seen her focus shift more to the kidnap and ransom side of our accident and health division, placing risks for clients who need both marine and non-marine coverage / protection. Hannah has worked with clients overseas as well as in the UK in placing complex risks within hazardous territories. Her understanding of the compliance and territorial regulations, in conjunction with her relationships and reputation within the London kidnap and ransom market, enables her to offer an efficient and comprehensive service to a diverse range of clients.
Hannah began her career in the London market in 2006 will Miller, and during her time at the company she has had a variety of different roles including processing, technical support, broker support and now placing. Prior to working in insurance, Hannah worked for Sport England and she holds the certificate of insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
In her spare time, Hannah is a keen runner and has completed the London Marathon, and she also enjoys spending time with her two young children.
