Prior to joining Miller, Hayley has spent the last six years as a Risk Manager for Shell, with a secondment as Head of Insurance at Petroleum Development Oman. Before that, she spent three years at Aon Singapore, running the offshore broking team, and nearly nine years at Marsh in London in a variety of roles focusing on downstream and upstream energy, terrorism, and marine. Hayley has worked across all territories.

Most recently, Hayley has completed a LLM in oil, gas and renewable energy law and an MSc in renewable energy development. She also received her ACII qualification in 2008.

Hayley has visited all 193 UN countries in her travels.
