Before she moved into broking in the early 90s, Helena handled FD&D claims in an International Group Club. Before joining Miller in 2019, she headed the P&I department at Alston Gayler. Helena specialises in negotiating, placing, and guiding clients in all facets of P&I insurance, with particular expertise in placing risks into the world's leading P&I Mutual Clubs.

Helena studied Law at Aristotelian University in Greece, and read Shipping Law in UCL in London, equipping her with an extensive understanding of the legal aspects of P&I placements.
