He joined Miller on the apprenticeship scheme in September 2018, where he worked within Broker Support for Property and Casualty. During this time, he also achieved his Certificate in Insurance, completing LM1, LM2, & I10.

In July 2022, he moved to work within the Facultative Reinsurance Terrorism & Political Violence team. Now, his role consists of the management of accounts, creating documentation, using the necessary systems such as PPL, and sending broking submissions.

In his spare time, James enjoys going to the gym, following sports, and watching films and TV.
