Jason recently completed his MSc in Management and Leadership, and holds a BSc in Business Administration, the DIP CII, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

He has over a decade experience in UK Construction, and prior to that, has worked both in the UK and overseas on behalf of Lloyd’s syndicates, insurers and international brokers in Property and Casualty lines.

He is also an advocate for the importance of improving Inclusion & Diversity within insurance, with particular focus on neurodiversity in the workplace, being a LGBTQ+ ally, and embracing multigenerational diversity in the workplace. 

Outside of work Jason enjoys spending time with his three children, road cycling and the gym.
