She specialises in the placing and servicing of key clients based in Switzerland and Europe as well as providing account handling support on the North American stock throughput book. 

With 30 years’ insurance experience, Jolanda joined Miller in February 2010 specialising in placing a book of European financial liability risks into Lloyd's through the turbulent banking crisis years. Products she placed included Directors’ and Officers’, Errors’ and Omissions’, Bankers Blanket Bond and Commercial Crime. In 2019, she moved to the Carnet Liability team, transferring her knowledge of liability insurance as well as giving her the opportunity to continue putting her language skills and Swiss License to good use. Prior to joining Miller, she worked for a couple of Lloyd’s brokers.

Jolanda gained her ACII in 2014, she is fluent in German and proficient in French. 

In her spare time, Jolanda is a keen piano player and enjoys swimming, walking and yoga.
