Lee began his career in 1984, when he was 16 years old as the office junior at a reinsurance brokers. He then worked for a number of Lloyd’s syndicates, progressing to Deputy Hull Underwriter. Lee moved back to the broking world working as a hull Account Executive specialising in North African hull business, and then spent six years handling Dutch offshore contractor fleets. After a stint as a Hull Underwriter at a reinsurer, he joined a new hull account startup at a Lloyd’s Syndicate. Lee has spent the last five years before joining Miller managing a worldwide portfolio of shipowner risks for an international insurance broker. 

In his spare time, Lee enjoys reformer pilates and going skiing.
