Michael has spent his entire career working in marine insurance. Commencing his career in 1969 to date. He has spent most of his career in the broking field, apart from working as a fixed entry P&I underwriter with a syndicate at Lloyd’s in the 1990’s.
After leaving the syndicate Michael was appointed as an Executive Director at an insurance broker and subsequent to a take-over, he was appointed as Senior Vice President of Marine Global practice.
Michael specialises in both hull physical loss or damage insurance and also Marine Protection and Indemnity liability risks.
