He started his career in 1989 at a fellow London market broker, and joiner Miller in 2020. He has a degree in Business and Management, as well as being a Fellow of the AAT organisation (FMAAT).

Outside of work, Nigel likes socialising with friends, travelling, cycling and attending a gym.
