Phoichau has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry having started her career as an Upstream Energy Broker through a graduate programme for a large-scale international broker in 2000. She has specialised in hull insurance since 2005.

Phoichau holds the Accreditation in Insurance from the CII and is an Associate of the Average Adjusters Association.

Outside of work, she is a unit leader for a local Girl Guides.
