He joined Miller in March of 2015 from another leading specialist broker where he had been for twenty-four years.

In the late 1990's Simon was one of the first brokers in the London market that saw a huge opportunity to develop cyber and IT related insurance products. He was instrumental in designing and developing one of the first computer hacker and network liability products called E-Comprehensive. 

Simon has considerable experience of handling Fortune 250 clients across a wide spectrum of business activities. These businesses may purchase pure technology professional errors and omissions or stand-alone first party damage to data plus resultant business interruption or a combination of first and third party network risk including privacy and security liability.

Simon's began his career in the Casualty arena where he was successful in producing and placing USA third party liability insurance programmes into Lloyd’s and the London Insurance Company market as well as other European markets.

Simon is a regular speaker at industry events covering technology and internet risks. He is also the occasional author of articles and white papers covering cyber and technology risk.
