He specialises in providing facultative reinsurance all risks coverages for global onshore oil and gas, offshore oil and gas and renewables, power, mining, and heavy industrial business. 

Will began his insurance career in 2008 and since then has worked for a number of large-scale international insurance brokers.

In his spare time, Will enjoys golf and is the chairman of his local cricket club.
