Alice began her insurance career at Miller in 2016, joining as an apprentice in the Property & Casualty Processing team. In 2019, she moved across to the Marine Processing team and Marine War team. In 2024, Alice moved to the Facultative Reinsurance team working on UK Property business. 

In 2020, Alice completed the Chartered Institute of Insurance diploma and holds the Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship Qualification. 

Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts, going out for food, and going to the gym.
