His previous experience has predominantly been with private equity clients, who have focused on investment and development of renewable energy projects and portfolios in Europe.

Charlie started his insurance career within the claims team at Paragon Brokers. Following that, he spent five years at Lockton working as the main point of contact for a major client, Macquarie, before joining Miller in 2024.

In his spare time, Charlie enjoys sporting endeavours such as football, golf, and running.
