James specialises in all aspects of Energy and Power projects, and his role will focus predominantly on leading the International Construction practice with particular emphasis on building out the onshore construction energy and power book.

He started his career in insurance at Willis in the global construction team, before moving to Royal Dutch Shell, Marsh, and Lockton before joining Miller in 2024.

In his spare time, James is a keen sportsman and enjoys golf, cricket, rugby, fishing, and pétanque. He also enjoys spending time with his family.
