Jon began his insurance career in 1990 at the age of 16 working as a Junior Claims Broker. Three years later he became a Property Claims Adjuster, specialising in adjusting Property, General Liability AND Professional Liability claims. He then worked as a North American Senior Claim’s Technician before moving to an independent insurance broker as the Claims Manager dealing with Binding Authority claims across various lines of business and open market risks for over 20 years. Jon joined Miller in February 2024.

Outside of work Jon is a keen DIY fan, West Ham season ticket holder and likes to go to the gym. He is also the trustee of the charity ‘Kids First’ helping children with cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions.
