Karl specialises in complex, challenging Property accounts, and supports the wider P&C team with over 40 years’ technical expertise and knowledge in the London market. He also supports junior team members, offering mentoring support.

He began his career in insurance in the early 1980s, working in underwriting with The Prudential, and worked on sectors such as Marine, Energy (both Upstream and Downstream), Renewables, Construction, and latterly, Property. He then moved to broking at Alexander Howden in 1993, and most recently joined Miller 7 years ago.

In his spare time, Karl is a keen sports photographer, having been featured in multiple newspaper publications. He also enjoys music production and his creations have been played on specialist radio shows.
