Her primary focus is to develop JIA business in the Southeast Asia region. She handles Japanese facultative accounts which require servicing in Japanese, and in addition, will also support some areas of the Casualty business.

Konatsu started her career in insurance in 2016 at Sompo Japan in Tokyo. After 3.5 years, she moved to Singapore and started working at Tokio Marine Life Singapore as account servicer for their corporate employee benefit programme. She moved to reinsurance in May 2023 and was most recently at UIB Asia handling Japanese casualty facultative accounts before joining Miller in 2024.

In her spare time, Konatsu enjoys travelling, pilates and yoga.
