Her primary focus is to develop JIA business in the Southeast Asia region. She handles Japanese facultative accounts which require servicing in Japanese, and in addition, will also support some areas of the Casualty business.

Konatsu started her career in insurance in 2016 in Tokyo. After 3.5 years, she moved to Singapore and started working as an account servicer. She then moved to reinsurance in May 2023, and was most recently handling Japanese casualty facultative accounts before joining Miller in 2024.

In her spare time, Konatsu enjoys travelling, pilates, and yoga.
