Libby’s role includes providing clients with terms ahead of renewal and being their point of contact throughout the policy period. She also assists new start-ups in obtaining their PI insurance so they can begin trading.

Libby started at Miller in February 2021 as an intern, before joining the team permanently in July of the same year. Before starting at Miller, she also had prior experience in the insurance industry, having worked at both Willis and The Underwriting Exchange. 

Libby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Hull. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, traveling, and trying new foods.
