His role will predominantly focus on facilitating insurance and reinsurance construction placements for global clients. It will mainly focus on the market-facing side but will also involve client service on the third-party wholesale side.

Matthew began his career in insurance in 2018 at JLT on their apprenticeship scheme, before moving to Guy Carpenter and Lockton. He joined Miller in 2024.

Matthew holds the CII Cert qualification and is working towards his ACII.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing football and golf.
