Melissa leads Miller’s Catastrophe Analytics team, providing analysis and insight pertaining to clients’ property exposure to natural catastrophe (CAT) events such as windstorms and earthquakes.

Melissa leads Miller’s Catastrophe Analytics team, providing analysis and insight into clients’ exposure to natural catastrophe events and human-induced risks.

She started her career in 2010 at another leading (re)insurance broker, before joining Miller to establish its Catastrophe Analytics function.  She advises clients on the impact of catastrophe losses on their risk transfer strategy, for multiple lines of business, globally. 

Melissa has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge, a Master’s degree in Geophysical Hazards from University College London and holds the CCRA (Certified Catastrophe Risk Analyst) accreditation.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys golf, travel, exercise and playing the piano.
