His primary focus is power generation and renewable energy both in its construction and operation. His geographical involvement has been truly global, having been involved in insuring generating and distribution assets in all five continents of the world, operating in regulated and non-regulated environments.

He joined Miller in March 2024 to assist in the building of a global power specialty having had a long career in the sector operating at all levels, and in more recent times an active underwriter role in a Lloyd’s. During Nik’s time as an underwriter, he was respected and led the majority of the Power Generation Property Programmes, which will assist in the design and implementation of Miller’s clients’ policies.

Nick is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
