When Lloyd’s Chairman, Bruce Carnegie-Brown, recently visited Miller’s London office, we took the opportunity to interview him on the rapidly changing insurance market and future development for Lloyd’s.
Key themes included the need to streamline processes using digital technology and permitting more time to focus on clients, while simultaneously reducing costs of business. Goals that we are all facing to maintain successful business strategies.
Bruce has a wealth of experience of the broking sector – as CEO of Marsh Europe and various non-executive roles including broking at JLT and Aon, underwriting at Catlin, Banco Santander and the digital world, where he is current chairman of Moneysupermarket Group.
We hope you find this video insightful and entertaining.
