Last year a collaboration between the our terrorism and sports & entertainment teams at Miller resulted in two policies being placed for a long standing North American national sports association, covering terrorism liability and event cancellation for its various tournaments held throughout the year at numerous venues.
During strategic planning discussions with the producing broker prior to renewal the combined team identified a greater need for capacity to cover growing risk exposures; namely terrorism property damage / business interruption (PDBI) and active assailant risk exposures.
The combined efforts of our team enabled an improved breadth of coverage and premium for both new lines of cover, which was praised by both the client and producing broker.
