Miller’s intermediary client had already delivered an exceptional result across the insured's whole property portfolio. They approached Miller however as one particular location, at which the insured had suffered a string of significant losses, and was generally poorly constructed was proving to be a challenge.

Response

Miller assembled an integrated property risk service team that placed all-risks property coverage with a primary USD25m limit for the global operations and a USD150m excess USD100m layer for the challenging location on a standalone basis.
