Miller, the leading specialist (re)insurance broker, today announces the appointment of Choo Cai Ling in a production and broking role, joining its Singapore based Marine team. Cai Ling will begin the role on 1 December 2022 and report into Nick King, Head of Marine (Singapore).
Cai Ling brings 15 years of specialised Marine underwriting and broking experience to Miller. Most recently, she was Associate Director of Marine at Aon, having spent ten years in various roles within the Marine division. Previously, Cai Ling was Assistant Manager of Marine at HSBC for four years, having begun her career with Jurong Port in 2007. Cai Ling’s expertise covers all aspects of Marine insurance, with specialisms in Hull, P&I and Marine Liabilities.
Her appointment reflects Miller’s ongoing commitment to growth in the region and follows the recent hire of Nick King as Head of Marine in Singapore, to lead the expansion of Miller’s Marine offering in the Asia-Pacific region.
