Miller Insurance Services LLP (Miller) is pleased to announce the following appointments and changes to its Partnership Board and sub committees in support of its continued growth.
From 1 July 2016, Greg Collins will be appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Ben Speers will be appointed to the Board as Chief Operating Officer. Ken MacDonald will also be appointed to the Board with continued responsibility for Miller’s Property & Casualty business unit and in addition, will serve as a member of the Audit Committee. Jonathan Fussell is also appointed Partnership Secretary from this date forward. These changes are subject to regulatory approval.
Miller is also pleased to announce that in 2017 it is the Board’s intention to appoint Greg Collins as Chief Executive Officer. Concurrently, Nicholas Lyons will step down as Non-Executive Chairman of the LLP with Graham Clarke assuming this role (subject to regulatory approval).

Greg Collins
Greg has worked in the insurance industry since 1977 and joined Miller in 2004 to lead its professional risks business. Greg was appointed to the Miller Board in 2007 and became COO in 2011. Greg is on the board of The London and International Insurance Brokers' Association (LIIBA) and is the LIIBA representative on the London Market Group (LMG) Central Services Refresh Programme (CSRP).
Ben Speers
Ben joined Miller as Head of Legal in 2011 and has been working in and with the insurance industry since 1998. Ben has been a qualified lawyer for over 15 years and has worked in both Sydney and London.
Ken MacDonald
Ken joined Miller in 2010. He heads Miller’s Property & Casualty business unit and has over 27 years' experience in leading and growing businesses across (re)insurance, risk management consulting, captives and broking. A Canadian Chartered Accountant and Associate of the British Insurance Institute, Ken has lived and worked in Canada, Bermuda, Australia and, since 1996, London.
