Miller, the leading independent specialist (re)insurance broker, is pleased to announce the appointment of three new hires in its Solicitors’ Professional Indemnity (PI) team. Calum MacLean, Chris Jones and Tom Davies join the growing team as Miller continues to strengthen its legal sector proposition. They will report into Zarina Lawley, Head of Legal Services.  

Calum joins as a Risk Manager and brings over 20 years’ experience in the legal and insurance sectors, most recently as a Senior Risk Manager at QBE Insurance. He has also held senior positions at Lockton and Marsh, having started his career as a lawyer. Chris Jones joins as a Senior Account Executive with 10 years’ experience as a PI underwriter, analyst and manager. Most recently he worked in the InsureTech sector and prior to that was   at Pen Underwriting where he was the lead underwriter managing a portfolio of Solicitors Professional Indemnity business. Tom Davies joins as an Account Executive from Ardonagh where he was a Client Manager and Broker, dealing with direct and wholesale business for Professional Indemnity.
