Dive In Festival is a global movement which supports the development of diverse and inclusive workplace cultures, through raising awareness and promoting positive action for diversity in all its forms.
Dive In offers a wide range of events where you can hear from inspirational speakers and industry leaders about the future of the insurance market and how you can shape a more inclusive, diverse, and successful industry, whatever your position.

Recently, our Pride Alliance joined up with LINK for the Pride in London parade, and participated in the Lloyd’s LGBTQ+ mentor scheme. Our Gender Equality Alliance extended international women’s day to international women’s month, in a celebration of women across Miller helping to push our business forward. On top of this, our Culture Alliance promoted events for race equality week and encouraged colleagues to get involved with the festival’s 5-day challenge.

The theme of Dive In this year is “Unlocking Innovation: The Power of Inclusion”.
