Kate will report to Ken MacDonald, Executive Chairman, and lead the development and coordination of relationships with Miller’s carrier partners. This will include deepening and broadening client access to products and services, as well as driving better outcomes through Miller’s investment in data and analytics. 

Kate joins from HX Markets, part of Howden Group, where she most recently served as Associate Director and was responsible for the development and execution of the strategy to grow strategic insurer relationships. She began her career at Zurich Insurance.
