The team play a crucial part in Miller’s leading client-centric model, and it’s exciting to see them being recognised within the industry.
Cyber claims are fast moving and require quick interaction to reduce loss as much as possible and get the insured back up and running. The role of the broker is absolutely pivotal in these events, advocating for the client amongst a number of different stakeholders’ views and interests, and bringing all parties to the table to ensure the best possible outcome for all involved.
