Miller has made two new appointments, with Michael Lee and Louise Gladding taking on business production and broking roles to further strengthen and grow our North American MGA business.
Michael joined this month and Louise will be joining in December. Both bring a wealth of experience in producing, developing and managing high profile books of business and are highly regarded across the market.

Michael started his insurance career in 1998 and has previously worked for Commercial Union, A.J. Gallagher and Corrie Bauckham Batts.
Louise began her insurance career in 1999 and has worked for a number of London brokers, focussing exclusively on North American business, primarily property binding authorities.
Michael and Louise will be working with Richard Boughton and the wider North American MGA team.
